Development vision
We have a long term commitment to nurture the growth and success of every hotel we develop. We still own the first hotel the Group obtained in 1989. We aim to significantly enhance our portfolio and expand our presence in existing markets as well as growing new markets. Central to our vision is to strive to optimise our existing estate growth potential and to introduce new hotels in key gateway cities and cities of important economic significance.
Development opportunities
Looking to the future we expect to have a bigger and stronger presence in London and key European cities. Through our controlling ownership interest in Arena Hospitality Group, one of Croatia's best-known hospitality groups, we will be investigating growth opportunities in Central and Eastern Europe.
