PPHE Hotel Group’s primary objective is to become one of the leading hospitality real estate companies in the upscale, upper upscale and lifestyle hotel segments in certain key European markets. We may also invest in selected projects outside Europe with upside potential.

The Group intends to use its established portfolio and network to grow the number of hotels and brands in its portfolio, increase profitability through revenue growth and cost management and utilise the Radisson Hotel Group partnership as the driver to market the Group’s business and further grow revenues.

Our success is measured by key financial performance indicators as well as several operational indicators, including the contribution from our partnership with the Radisson Hotel Group and revenue growth achieved through the expansion of our hotel portfolio.

As an owner and operator of hospitality real estate, we have decided to begin disclosing our  European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA)  Best Practice Recommendations (“EPRA BPR”) reporting of net asset value and earnings.  We are committed to and have a track record of creating long-term value for our shareholders and believe that investors will find EPRA reporting metrics useful to analyse our performance (value, profit and cash flow) given that we have full ownership of the majority of our properties.
