The Board is responsible for risk management with guidance from the Audit Committee.
The Audit Committee keep under review the effectiveness of the Group’s procedures for the identification, assessment and reporting of current and emerging risks, assisting the Board in monitoring the Group’s risk management systems and overseeing internal and external assurance requirements.
The Group’s Risk-Reward Strategy, which articulates our risk appetite across various business activities, is aligned to our strategic objectives and is set by the Board at the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
Principal risks, being those which could have the greatest impact on our business and represent the most significant threats to the achievement of Group objectives, are reviewed periodically by Executive leadership and quarterly by the Audit Committee.
